This course, taught through the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, explores important connections between the humanities, the social sciences and the natural sciences. Topics may include: how science is represented in literature; how science is represented and communicated in the media; the ethics and morality of scientific research; whether and how science and religion conflict; matauranga Maori; the history, foundations and philosophy of science.
